Job Requirements
- must be able to stand for extended periods
- must be able to lift 30 pounds and push or pull 60 pounds
- must have the ability to see, hear, speak and understand English
- must pass required security clearance
- must maintain a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
- must demonstrate honesty and professionalism at all times
- must be capable of performing physical activities such as bending, stretching, crawling, and kneeling

- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous professional manner
- maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms according to company standards
- organize and manage cleaning supplies efficiently
- perform cleaning of vacant dirty rooms and occupied rooms timely
- maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
- follow systematic cleaning procedures and safety regulations
- respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- maintain cleanliness of public areas and employee facilities
- report any hazardous conditions to management
