Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor including bending and lifting
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
- Must be responsive and attentive to guest needs
- Willingness to adhere to hotel policies and procedures
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending and lifting
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
Job Duties
- Replace all linen and towels in guestrooms
- Vacuum and dust guestrooms and public areas
- Replenish guest supplies and amenities
- Perform thorough cleaning of bathrooms
- Notify Housekeeping Management or Engineering Department of maintenance or repair needs
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
