Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Adherence to hotel policies and standards
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks diligently
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in housekeeping or room attendant role preferred
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently within time guidelines
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to use proper protective equipment
Job Duties
- Utilize proper protective equipment as required and in accordance with guidelines
- Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor while providing personalized service to guests
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Clean guest rooms to company standards including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping walls
- Clean rooms within the established minutes-per-room guideline
- Follow company policy for room amenities
- Turn in all items left in guestrooms to manager immediately
- Maintain complete security of master room key and return at the end of shift
- Never leave the property with key
- Report maintenance items needing immediate attention
- Assist with laundry as needed
- Report missing/found articles or damage to Executive Housekeeper
- Provide assistance to other team members and departments
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
