Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Ability to communicate clearly in English
Adherence to hotel policies and standards
Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks diligently

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in housekeeping or room attendant role preferred
Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest service
Strong communication skills
Ability to work efficiently within time guidelines
Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to use proper protective equipment

Job Duties

Utilize proper protective equipment as required and in accordance with guidelines
Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor while providing personalized service to guests
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Clean guest rooms to company standards including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping walls
Clean rooms within the established minutes-per-room guideline
Follow company policy for room amenities
Turn in all items left in guestrooms to manager immediately
Maintain complete security of master room key and return at the end of shift
Never leave the property with key
Report maintenance items needing immediate attention
Assist with laundry as needed
Report missing/found articles or damage to Executive Housekeeper
Provide assistance to other team members and departments
Perform other duties as assigned by management
