Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Adherence to hotel policies and standards
  • Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks diligently

  • Prior experience in housekeeping or room attendant role preferred

Job Duties

  • Utilize proper protective equipment as required and in accordance with guidelines
  • Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor while providing personalized service to guests
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Clean guest rooms to company standards including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping walls
  • Clean rooms within the established minutes-per-room guideline
  • Follow company policy for room amenities
  • Turn in all items left in guestrooms to manager immediately
  • Maintain complete security of master room key and return at the end of shift
  • Never leave the property with key
  • Report maintenance items needing immediate attention
  • Assist with laundry as needed
  • Report missing/found articles or damage to Executive Housekeeper
  • Provide assistance to other team members and departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
