Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of hospitality experience in housekeeping preferred
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

- Ability to clean multiple room types and meet daily cleaning quotas
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Adherence to hotel policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Clean assigned guest rooms or suites per brand standards including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms
- Maintain cleaning protocols
- Empty trash containers and replace liners
- Restock usable guest room items such as soap, towels, and amenities
- Ensure removal and proper disposition of guest trays, glass, and silverware
- Clean and vacuum exterior entries and hallways
- Keep linen closets and supply areas organized
- Attend promptly to guest laundry and dry-cleaning orders
- Notify supervisors of maintenance needs or guest room issues
- Handle guest complaints and requests or refer them to supervisors
- Secure rooms upon leaving
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and provide excellent guest service
- Follow all hotel procedures and policies
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure guest satisfaction
