Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred but not mandatory
- ability to maintain guest privacy

- knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards
- ability to handle guest issues with a hospitable attitude
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner
- follow company standards of friendly hospitality
- adhere to guidelines and procedures
- ensure cleanliness of guest rooms
- organize and manage usage of supplies
- clean vacant dirty rooms to guest-ready standard
- return occupied rooms to clean status within specified time frames
- maintain professional appearance and grooming
- keep housekeeping cart clean and organized
- follow cleaning procedures and checklists accurately
- report discrepancies to housekeeping manager
- maintain cleanliness of associate lounge, restrooms, public areas, stairwells, and back-of-house areas
- respond to guest requests and inquiries immediately
- follow emergency procedures and ensure safety and security
- perform additional duties as assigned
