Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for eight hours bend stretch reach crawl kneel
  • must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift carry 30 pounds
  • able to see hear and communicate effectively in English
  • able to work alone and comply with all company standards
  • flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
  • must pass security clearance per company policy and demonstrate honesty and trustworthiness

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in lodging housing hospitals or care facilities helpful but not mandatory
  • knowledge of proper procedures for handling linens terry and supplies
  • understanding of sanitation requirements for guestrooms public areas and supplies
  • ability to maintain guest privacy and manage multiple tasks
  • proficiency in English with communication skills in another language as a plus
  • demonstrated professionalism honesty and trustworthiness

Job Duties

  • Provides excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner following company standards of friendly hospitality
  • maintains cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
  • organizes and manages housekeeping supplies efficiently
  • responds promptly to guest requests and inquiries maintaining a hospitable attitude
  • adheres to safety and security procedures reporting hazards immediately
  • maintains grooming and uniform standards daily
  • assists in training and supporting new team members as assigned
