Job Requirements

Ability to stand for eight hours bend stretch reach crawl kneel
must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift carry 30 pounds
able to see hear and communicate effectively in English
able to work alone and comply with all company standards
flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
must pass security clearance per company policy and demonstrate honesty and trustworthiness

Job Qualifications

Experience in lodging housing hospitals or care facilities helpful but not mandatory
knowledge of proper procedures for handling linens terry and supplies
understanding of sanitation requirements for guestrooms public areas and supplies
ability to maintain guest privacy and manage multiple tasks
proficiency in English with communication skills in another language as a plus
demonstrated professionalism honesty and trustworthiness

Job Duties

Provides excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner following company standards of friendly hospitality
maintains cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
organizes and manages housekeeping supplies efficiently
responds promptly to guest requests and inquiries maintaining a hospitable attitude
adheres to safety and security procedures reporting hazards immediately
maintains grooming and uniform standards daily
assists in training and supporting new team members as assigned
