Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one-year experience in hospitality housekeeping
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent bending, kneeling, and standing
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Clean assigned guest rooms or suites per brand standards including making beds, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning bathrooms
- Maintain cleaning protocols and restock useable items such as soap, towels, and amenities
- Empty trash containers and replace liners
- Ensure removal and proper disposition of guest trays, glassware, and silverware
- Clean and vacuum exterior entryways and hallways
- Keep linen closets and supply areas organized and clean
- Attend to guest laundry and dry-cleaning orders promptly
- Notify supervisor of any maintenance needs or special guest room issues
- Handle guest complaints or requests promptly, escalating to supervisor if necessary
- Secure rooms upon leaving
- Provide genuine hospitality and exceed guest expectations
- Use teamwork and personal responsibility to enhance guest service
- Resolve guest problems empathetically and follow through
- Perform duties to embody service brand behavior and genuine hospitality
- Execute any additional tasks required by management to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
