Job Requirements

Must be able to successfully complete tasks in prescribed timeframe
Ability to work alone to clean all zones of guest rooms or suites
Effectively communicate with guests
Good eye for detail

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience beneficial
Ability to communicate effectively with guests
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and maintain a steady temperament

Job Duties

Clean and prepare guest rooms including trash removal, linen changing, bed making, bathroom cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
Clean windows and mirrors
Retrieve, stock, restock and store housekeeping carts
Respond to guest inquiries and requests appropriately
Report any damage, mechanical problems, or missing room items
Promptly turn in found items with documentation to Lost and Found
Participate in assigned deep cleaning programs
