Job Duties
- Cleans assigned guest rooms or suites per brand standards including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, arranging room furniture, and cleaning bathrooms
- Maintains cleaning protocols
- Empties all trash containers and replaces with fresh liners
- Restocks usable items in guest rooms or suites such as soap, towels, amenities, and paper items
- Ensures removal and appropriate disposition of guest room trays, glass, and silverware
- Cleans and vacuums exterior entry and hallways
- Keeps linen closets and supply areas clean and organized
- Ensures guest laundry and dry-cleaning orders are attended to promptly
- Notifies supervisor promptly of any special guestroom or suite issues including maintenance needs
- Handles guest complaints or requests promptly and refers to supervisor if unable to handle
- Ensures that all rooms or suites are secured upon leaving the guest room or suite
- Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility, and uses teamwork when providing guest service
- Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds solutions, and follows through when resolving guest problems
- Provides genuine hospitality and teamwork consistently
- Assumes responsibility to notice when guest is not satisfied and acts accordingly
- Performs other duties required to provide service brand behavior and genuine hospitality
- Performs additional duties as required by management to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and genuine hospitality to guests
