Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- flexible availability to accommodate a 24-hour operation
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

- previous experience as a room attendant or in housekeeping
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good physical stamina

- flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- clean and maintain guest rooms to Starwood Hotels standards
- ensure public areas are impeccably neat and pristine
- report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
- assist with laundry and supply inventory management
- follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures
- support team members to meet operational demands
- provide excellent customer service to guests
