Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to walk, kneel, stoop, and stand for entire shift
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- adherence to hotel policies and safety procedures
- willingness to work full-time hours
- reliable and punctual
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience helpful but not required
- ability to perform moderate physical work involving lifting, bending, and standing
- good communication and interpersonal skills

- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, guest corridors, elevators, and assigned areas
- deliver requested items to guest rooms such as irons, towels, and extra pillows
- strip beds and remove soiled linen, terry and trash from guestrooms
- clean bedroom/closet areas including under beds and sofas
- vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in guest rooms, balconies, and hallways
- dust furniture, lamps, headboards, and pictures
- clean kitchen counters, cabinets, and refrigerators
- clean bathroom counters, floors, showers, and tubs
- report missing/found articles and maintenance issues to housekeeping supervisor
- respond courteously and helpfully to guests and management
- receive supplies and priorities from housekeeping supervisor
- perform special projects and other assigned responsibilities
