Job Duties
- assist in the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and suites
- restock housekeeping carts with clean linens and supplies
- vacuum, dust, and maintain the cleanliness of hallways, corridors, and common areas
- remove trash and used linens from guest rooms
- report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department
- assist guests with requests and inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner
- follow established safety and cleaning protocols
- maintain a positive and professional attitude while working as part of a team
