Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass security clearance
- must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods
- must be able to speak and understand English
- must maintain professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
- flexible to work holidays and weekends
- must be able to comply with company cleaning procedures and standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience in similar positions helpful but not mandatory
- knowledge of proper linen and supply handling procedures
- understanding of sanitation and cleaning practices
- ability to maintain guest privacy
- good communication skills
- ability to work alone and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous professional manner
- clean vacant dirty rooms to guest ready status
- maintain occupied rooms to a clean and orderly condition
- organize and use cleaning supplies properly
- maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart
- report discrepancies to the Housekeeping Manager
- respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
