Job Requirements
- Minimum one-year hospitality experience in housekeeping
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively

- Ability to clean various room types and meet daily quotas
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Adherence to hotel policies and procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling up to 100 pounds
- Must be able to squat, bend, kneel, twist, and stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Clean assigned guest rooms or suites according to brand standards including making beds, vacuuming, and dusting
- Maintain cleaning protocols and standards
- Empty trash containers and replace liners
- Restock soap, towels, amenities, and paper items
- Ensure removal and proper disposal of guest trays, glass, and silverware
- Clean and vacuum exterior entryways and hallways
- Keep linen closets and supply areas organized and clean
- Attend to guest laundry and dry-cleaning orders promptly
- Report any maintenance issues or special guest room problems to supervisor
- Handle guest complaints and requests, referring to supervisor if necessary
- Secure rooms upon leaving
- Provide genuine hospitality and exceed guest expectations
- Listen and respond empathetically to guest needs
- Work collaboratively as part of the housekeeping team
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards
