Job Duties
- Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
- Restocking guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, coffee, and other items
- Inspecting room equipment and furniture for maintenance needs and reporting issues
- Assisting in cleaning and maintaining public areas such as hallways, lounges, and restrooms
- Following proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Providing courteous and professional service by addressing guest requests and concerns promptly
- Handling laundry services including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels
- Monitoring and reporting inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities
- Preparing rooms for new guests ensuring cleanliness and comfort standards are met
