Job Requirements
- Must pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
- Must be able to perform major life activities including standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating

Job Qualifications
- Experience in similar positions such as lodging, housing, hospitals, or care facilities is helpful but not mandatory
- Ability to stand for eight hours and perform physical activities such as bending, stretching, and kneeling
- Ability to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Professionalism and trustworthiness
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Knowledge of proper procedures for handling linens and supplies
- Knowledge of sanitation and guestroom cleaning procedures
- Ability to maintain guest privacy
- Ability to multitask and remain service-centric
- Friendly and helpful communication skills
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous professional manner
- Follow the Company standards of friendly hospitality
- Adhere to guidelines and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms
- Use and organize supplies properly
- Clean vacant dirty rooms to be guest-ready
- Return occupied dirty rooms to a clean status within specified time and accuracy constraints
- Maintain a crisp, clean and professional appearance
- Maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart
- Follow all cleaning procedures outlined in training
- Report any discrepancies to the Housekeeping Manager
- Assist in maintaining other areas of the hotel clean and orderly
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries immediately
- Understand and follow emergency procedures and safety and security needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
