Job Duties

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas
  • Ensure that the presentation of rooms meets the hotel’s strict cleanliness and arrangement standards
  • Work proactively as part of the housekeeping team to support smooth department operations
  • Contribute to exceeding guest satisfaction expectations through meticulous attention to detail
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the hotel is impeccable at all times
  • Address any issues creatively to maintain service quality
  • Participate in maintaining the overall positive environment and culture of the hotel
