Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in hotel or related field preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to stand for entire shift
Flexible availability including long hours
Strong communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle problems effectively
Basic math skills
Reliable attendance
Maintain personal grooming standards
Wear proper uniform and nametag

Job Qualifications

Experience in hotel or related field preferred

Job Duties

Maintain clean and attractive guestrooms while providing courteous service
Complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies and linen setup
Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways
Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean and vacuumed
Restock housekeeping cleaning cart and replenish chemical bottles
Clean rooms with doors closed according to standards
Report missing items and maintenance issues to supervisor
Practice safe work habits to ensure safety for guests and employees
Handle lost and found items according to hotel standards
Turn in all keys and assignment sheets at end of shift
Attend meetings and training as required
Perform other duties as requested by management
