Job Requirements
- Pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds and pushing or pulling 60 pounds
- Must be able to bend stretch reach crawl kneel and maintain physical endurance
- Must have the ability to see hear and understand English
- Display professionalism honesty and trustworthiness at all times
- Flexible availability including holidays and weekends
- Maintain grooming and uniform standards consistently
Job Qualifications
- Experience in similar positions lodging housing hospitals care facilities helpful but not mandatory
- Ability to perform major life activities such as standing lifting bending and communicating
- Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Ability to maintain designated cleaning times per room
- Professionalism honesty and trustworthiness
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a service centric approach
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
- Follow company standards of friendly hospitality
- Adhere to guidelines and procedures for cleaning and organization
- Clean vacant and occupied guest rooms to brand standards
- Maintain a crisp clean and professional appearance
- Organize and maintain housekeeping supplies and carts
- Report discrepancies to the housekeeping manager
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of public and back-of-house areas
- Follow emergency procedures and safety protocols
- Perform other related duties as assigned
