Job Requirements

  • Pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds and pushing or pulling 60 pounds
  • Must be able to bend stretch reach crawl kneel and maintain physical endurance
  • Must have the ability to see hear and understand English
  • Display professionalism honesty and trustworthiness at all times
  • Flexible availability including holidays and weekends
  • Maintain grooming and uniform standards consistently

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in similar positions lodging housing hospitals care facilities helpful but not mandatory
  • Ability to perform major life activities such as standing lifting bending and communicating
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to maintain designated cleaning times per room
  • Professionalism honesty and trustworthiness
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a service centric approach

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
  • Follow company standards of friendly hospitality
  • Adhere to guidelines and procedures for cleaning and organization
  • Clean vacant and occupied guest rooms to brand standards
  • Maintain a crisp clean and professional appearance
  • Organize and maintain housekeeping supplies and carts
  • Report discrepancies to the housekeeping manager
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness of public and back-of-house areas
  • Follow emergency procedures and safety protocols
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
