Job Requirements
- Pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
- ability to perform major life activities such as standing, lifting, bending, and communicating
- able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
- able to stand for eight hours and perform physical tasks like bending, stretching, crawling, and kneeling
- able to see, hear, speak, and understand English

Job Qualifications
- Experience in similar positions such as lodging, housing, hospitals, or care facilities helpful but not mandatory
- knowledge of proper procedures for handling linens and supplies
- understanding of sanitation and guest room cleaning procedures

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous professional manner
- ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
- organize and manage supplies and linens properly
- follow all cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart
- report discrepancies and hazardous conditions to management
