Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous hotel housekeeping experience is a plus
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Ability to effectively communicate with the guest and provide directions if needed
Highly responsible and reliable
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Ability to manage time effectively and meet departmental and company standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Clean and service 13 to 16 guest rooms per day
Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned
Maintain cart in a neat orderly manner at all times
Complete related duties as assigned
Communicate effectively with guests and provide directions when needed
Focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous
Manage time efficiently to meet departmental and company standards
