Job Requirements
- Previous hotel and/or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous hotel or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures

Job Duties
- Cleans assigned guest rooms including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and arranging furniture as needed
- Collects soiled linen and towels for laundering
- Empties trash cans and restocks supplies such as soap, towels, and paper items
- Cleans and vacuums guest hallways and lobbies
- Keeps linen closets and supply areas clean and organized
- Rotates mattresses and stocks cart at the end of workday
- Cleans the Spa and Tower Boardroom
- Accurately completes daily paperwork
- Responds and follows through with guest inquiries and requests, referring to supervisor if necessary
- Ensures all rooms are secure upon leaving
- Notifies supervisor of maintenance or security needs
- Handles abandoned guest items according to policies
- Performs occasional additional tasks as assigned
