Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
- Ability to read and complete written documentation
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and bending
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of safety and fire prevention procedures
Job Duties
- Stock housekeeping bag to ensure adequate cleaning needs, equipment, and amenities
- Observe knocking procedures upon entering guest rooms
- Clean assigned guest rooms thoroughly and stock amenities
- Complete housekeeping checklists accurately
- Mark cleaned rooms for supervisor inspection
- Report damages or hazards in guest rooms
- Secure guest room doors after cleaning
- Maintain neat corridors and service areas
- Turn in lost and found items and guest room keys
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Adhere to safety and security guidelines
- Participate in fire prevention and emergency procedures
- Use protective equipment as required
- Report unsafe conditions and accidents to management
- Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance
- Assist other housekeeping personnel as needed
- Perform additional duties assigned by management
