Job Requirements
- must have at least one year of cleaning or janitorial experience
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- physical capability to stand or walk for over eight hours
- ability to lift at least 50 pounds and push or pull approximately 200 pounds
- basic reading and writing proficiency
- ability to communicate clearly in English
- willingness to follow hotel cleanliness and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- minimum of one year cleaning or janitorial experience
- prior hotel guest room cleaning experience preferred
- basic reading and writing skills
- effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- strong interpersonal skills including listening and teamwork
- ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- conflict resolution skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information
- adaptable to change and able to maintain positive energy
- bilingual or multilingual preferred
- emotional intelligence training preferred
Job Duties
- clean and service guest rooms to ensure comfort and satisfaction
- assist in maintaining cleanliness of public areas
- respond promptly to guest inquiries
- deliver requested items to guest rooms
- perform restocking of supplies and amenities
- assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks
- maintain communication with management and team members to meet guest needs
