Job Requirements
- Ability to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and/or carry 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for eight hours with bending, stretching, crawling, and kneeling
- Must be able to see and hear
- Must speak and read or understand English
- Must pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- Must maintain professionalism and uphold grooming and uniform standards

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
- Clean vacant dirty rooms to guest-ready standards
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts
- Follow all prescribed cleaning procedures and standards
- Report discrepancies to the Housekeeping Manager
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of public and back-of-house areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
