Job Requirements

  • be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
  • be able to stand during entire shift
  • be able to stand, walk, climb stairs, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and bend
  • operate a golf cart
  • flexible and long hours sometimes required

  • experience in a resort or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • adhere to the company's service culture - 4 keys to creating guests for life
  • actively participate in team member referral program and be a talent ambassador for Silverado Resort
  • participate in all resort required meetings and trainings
  • thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards
  • complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
  • remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms
  • keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed
  • restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use
  • replenish chemical bottles
  • report all missing items from room to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
  • report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
  • handle items for lost and found according to standards
  • abide by all resort policies and safety rules
  • perform other duties as requested by management
