Job Requirements
- be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- be able to stand during entire shift
- be able to stand, walk, climb stairs, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and bend
- operate a golf cart
- flexible and long hours sometimes required
Job Qualifications
- experience in a resort or related field preferred
Job Duties
- adhere to the company's service culture - 4 keys to creating guests for life
- actively participate in team member referral program and be a talent ambassador for Silverado Resort
- participate in all resort required meetings and trainings
- thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards
- complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
- remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms
- keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed
- restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use
- replenish chemical bottles
- report all missing items from room to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
- report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
- handle items for lost and found according to standards
- abide by all resort policies and safety rules
- perform other duties as requested by management
