Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push or pull objects
- ability to stand during entire shift
- effective communication skills both verbal and written
- ability to work in a service oriented and friendly manner with guests and employees at all levels
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently to lift, carry, push or pull objects
- ability to stand for entire shifts

Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards
- complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart setup
- remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways
- keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed
- restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use
- replenish chemical bottles
- report all missing items from rooms to housekeeping supervisor or manager
- report any maintenance repairs immediately to housekeeping supervisor or manager
- handle items for Lost and Found according to standards
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
