Job Requirements
- Pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
- Ability to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, reach, crawl, kneel
- Ability to see, hear, speak, and understand English
- Maintain friendly professional appearance adhering to grooming and uniform standards
- Display honesty and trustworthiness at all times
- Work flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Experience in lodging, housing, hospitals, or care facilities helpful but not mandatory
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- Knowledge of proper linen handling and sanitation procedures
- Ability to follow company cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a courteous professional manner
- Clean vacant dirty rooms to guest-ready standards
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of housekeeping carts
- Follow all cleaning procedures and training checklists
- Maintain guest privacy and security
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Report any discrepancies or hazardous conditions to management
