Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Basic cleaning skills
- Ability to communicate in English
- Physical ability to perform job duties including frequent walking, bending, lifting up to 20 pounds
- Awareness of safety and security protocols

Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times while providing personalized service to hotel guests
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
- Clean guest rooms to DKN Hotels standards including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms completely, wiping down walls
- Clean rooms within the minutes-per-room guideline established by the Executive Housekeeper and General Manager
- Follow DKN Hotels policy for room amenities
- Turn in all items left in guestroom to manager immediately
- Maintain complete security of master room key and return it at the end of shift
- Never leave the property with the key
- Report any maintenance items that need immediate attention
- Assist with laundry as needed
- Report any missing, found articles or damage to the Executive Housekeeper
- Provide assistance to other team members and departments
- Deliver DKN's "Home Away From Home" experience
- Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
