Job Requirements
- Must pass security clearance per company policy
- must be able to perform major life activities including standing lifting bending learning reading concentrating thinking and communicating
- must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and or carry 30 pounds
- must be able to stand for eight hours bend stretch reach crawl kneel
- must be able to see and hear
- must be able to speak and read or understand English
- must display professionalism honesty and trustworthiness at all times
- available to work flexible schedule including holidays weekends and in a 24/7 operation

- Experience in similar positions such as lodging housing hospitals or care facilities helpful but not mandatory

Job Duties
- Provides excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
- follows The Company standards of friendly hospitality while adhering to guidelines and procedures
- responsible for cleanliness of guest rooms as well as usage and organization of supplies
- cleans vacant dirty rooms to be guest ready and returns occupied dirty rooms to an occupied clean status within specified time constraints
- maintains a crisp clean and professional appearance daily adhering to grooming and uniform standards
- maintains a clean and orderly housekeeping cart
- follows all cleaning procedures outlined in the housekeeping training and checklist
- reports any discrepancies to the Housekeeping Manager
- assists in maintaining other hotel areas in a clean and orderly condition such as associate lounge locker room restrooms public areas stairwells and back of the house area
- responds to guest requests and inquiries immediately
- has thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and understands safety and security needs of guests and associates
- performs other duties as assigned within capability
