Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass company security clearance

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in housekeeping or similar roles is helpful but not mandatory
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication skills in English, additional languages a plus
- Demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards
Job Duties
- Clean vacant and occupied guest rooms according to brand standards
- Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart
- Follow housekeeping training and cleaning checklists
- Report any discrepancies or maintenance issues to management
- Assist in cleaning public areas such as lounges, restrooms, and stairwells
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Adhere to safety and security procedures and emergency protocols
