Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- relevant experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- physical ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally
- physical stamina to stand during entire shift
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work cordially and efficiently with all levels of employees and guests

- experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly
- ability to stand during entire shift

- ability to interact courteously and attentively with employees and guests
Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards
- complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
- remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways
- keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed
- restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day’s use
- replenish chemical bottles
- report all missing items from room to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
- report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
- handle items for Lost and Found according to standards
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
