Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Frequent bending twisting stooping reaching and lifting
- Regularly lift push pull or carry up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks quickly and efficiently
- Ability to move arms fingers and hands easily for extended periods to complete cleaning duties
- Visually inspect rooms and written checklists for completeness and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic English communication skills required verbal and written
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Must be detail-oriented organized and able to work independently
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms daily including making beds dusting polishing vacuuming and sanitizing bathrooms
- Restock guest room supplies such as towels toiletries soap toilet paper and other amenities
- Change bed linens and replenish used items in each room
- Complete assigned housekeeping checklists thoroughly and accurately
- Organize and restock housekeeping cart and linen closet at the start and end of each shift
- Observe proper knocking and room entry procedures before entering guest rooms
- Report any room damage maintenance issues or missing items to the supervisor
