Job Requirements

  • Ability to pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
  • must be able to stand for eight hours and perform physical activities such as lifting bending crawling kneeling and reaching
  • must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
  • must be able to see hear speak and read or understand English
  • demonstrate professionalism honesty trustworthiness
  • available to work flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
  • maintain grooming and uniform standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in similar positions such as lodging housing hospitals care facilities helpful but not mandatory
  • knowledge of proper linen handling sanitation safety security guestroom cleaning procedures
  • ability to maintain guest privacy
  • ability to follow systematic cleaning processes
  • ability to assist with guest issues while maintaining professionalism and hospitable attitude
  • good communication skills in English
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • demonstrate honesty professionalism and trustworthiness

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
  • follow company standards of friendly hospitality
  • adhere to guidelines and procedures
  • clean vacant dirty rooms to guest-ready standards
  • clean occupied rooms maintaining occupied clean status
  • maintain crisp clean professional appearance
  • maintain clean orderly housekeeping cart
  • follow cleaning procedures outlined in training
  • report discrepancies to housekeeping manager
  • assist in cleaning public areas and back of house
  • respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
  • adhere to emergency procedures and safety measures
  • perform other duties as assigned
