Job Qualifications

- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Job Duties
- Stock housekeeping bag to ensure enough cleaning supplies and amenities are available
- observe knocking procedures upon entering guest rooms
- clean assigned guest rooms thoroughly
- ensure amenities are stocked in each cleaned room
- complete housekeeping checklists accurately
- mark clean rooms to supervisor for inspection
- report damages or hazards in guest rooms
- secure guest room doors upon exiting
- keep corridors and service areas neat
- turn in lost and found items and guest room keys
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- follow safety and security protocols
- know fire prevention and emergency procedures
- utilize protective equipment
- report unsafe conditions to management
- report accidents, injuries, or property damage
- maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- assist other housekeeping personnel when needed
