Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and move throughout the hotel
- dependable and punctual
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Detail-oriented with exceptional cleanliness and organizational standards
- able to positively and effectively communicate with guests and team members
- conducts work in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- excellent presentation and grooming standards

Job Duties
- Create a relaxing stay for guests by maintaining guest room cleanliness to hotel standards
- monitor housekeeping supplies and restock guest room amenities
- assist guests in a friendly, professional manner
- effectively communicate with other team members to ensure guests’ requests are being met
- handle challenges with poise and positivity
- maintain organization within the housekeeping department
