Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hotel or related field preferred
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently to lift, carry, push or pull objects
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Able to provide attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented interaction with guests and staff

- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner
Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
- Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways
- Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed
- Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use
- Replenish chemical bottles
- Report all missing items from room to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
- Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
- Handle items for lost and found according to standards
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
