Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner

Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
- Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways
- Keep hallways, public areas, and closets clean, neat and vacuumed
- Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day’s use
- Replenish chemical bottles
- Report all missing items from rooms to Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager
- Report maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager
- Handle items for Lost and Found according to standards
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
