Job Requirements

Pass company security clearance
Ability to stand for eight hours and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds and pushing or pulling 60 pounds
Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly
Ability to read and understand English
Maintain professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
Ability to work alone and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

Experience in lodging or related housekeeping positions preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Knowledge of guestroom cleaning and sanitation procedures
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing
Trustworthiness and professionalism in all interactions
Ability to work independently and in a team
Basic understanding of safety and security measures

Job Duties

Provide excellent guest service in a courteous professional manner
Clean vacant dirty rooms to guest-ready standards
Maintain occupied rooms to cleanliness standards
Organize and maintain housekeeping carts
Follow all cleaning procedures outlined in training
Assist in cleaning public and back-of-house areas
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
