Job Requirements
- Pass appropriate security clearance as per company policy
- be able to perform major life activities including standing, lifting up to 60 pounds, bending, stretching, reaching, crawling, kneeling
- able to stand for eight hours or more
- able to see and hear adequately
- able to communicate in English, additional languages helpful
- maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- comply with all company standards and policies
Job Qualifications
- Experience in similar positions such as lodging, housing, hospitals, or care facilities helpful but not mandatory
- knowledge of proper procedures for handling linens and supplies
- understanding of sanitation and guest room cleaning protocols
- ability to maintain guest privacy and professionalism
- strong communication skills in English, additional languages helpful
- ability to multitask and work independently and as part of a team
- commitment to honesty, trustworthiness, and professionalism
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous professional manner
- maintain cleanliness of guest rooms following established procedures
- organize and manage usage of supplies
- adhere to safety and security measures and report hazards
- respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- maintain housekeeping carts and public areas in clean and orderly condition
- follow cleaning procedures according to training and company standards
