Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in hotel or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Friendly, courteous and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand during entire shift
Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
- Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways
- Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed
- Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day
- Replenish chemical bottles
- Report any missing items or maintenance repairs to supervisor
- Handle lost and found items according to standards
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
