Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year or more experience in hospitality or similar field preferred
- Ability to walk, kneel, stoop, and stand for entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain guest and hotel confidentiality
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years experience in hospitality or equivalent establishment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and web analytics tools preferred
- Ability to multitask and organize tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Attention to detail, speed, and efficiency
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Service oriented with excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, guest corridors, elevators, and assigned areas
- Deliver items to guest rooms such as irons, towels, extra pillows
- Handle daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and pool/health club
- Strip beds, remove soiled linen and trash
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Dust furniture, lamps, headboards, pictures, and clean kitchen and bathroom areas
- Report missing/found articles and maintenance issues
- Respond courteously to guests, managers, and associates
- Receive and manage assigned sections and supplies from Housekeeping Supervisor
- Adhere to safety and security procedures
