Job Requirements

Must be able to pass security clearance per company policy
must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
ability to stand for eight hours continuously
able to bend, stretch, reach, crawl, and kneel
must be able to see, hear, and speak English clearly
display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
comply with all company cleaning standards and procedures
maintain guest privacy
able to multitask and remain service centric
availability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends

Job Qualifications

Experience in similar housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred but not mandatory
ability to perform physical activities such as standing, lifting up to 30 pounds, bending, and kneeling
basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
strong communication skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
ability to understand and follow safety and security measures

Job Duties

Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous professional manner
maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
follow established cleaning procedures and standards
manage usage and organization of supplies
respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
report any hazardous conditions or discrepancies to management
assist in maintaining other hotel areas in a clean and orderly condition
