Job Requirements

  • Must be able to pass security clearance per company policy
  • must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
  • ability to stand for eight hours continuously
  • able to bend, stretch, reach, crawl, and kneel
  • must be able to see, hear, and speak English clearly
  • display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
  • comply with all company cleaning standards and procedures
  • maintain guest privacy
  • able to multitask and remain service centric
  • availability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in similar housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred but not mandatory
  • ability to perform physical activities such as standing, lifting up to 30 pounds, bending, and kneeling
  • basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
  • ability to understand and follow safety and security measures

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous professional manner
  • maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
  • follow established cleaning procedures and standards
  • manage usage and organization of supplies
  • respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
  • report any hazardous conditions or discrepancies to management
  • assist in maintaining other hotel areas in a clean and orderly condition
