Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass security clearance per company policy
- must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
- ability to stand for eight hours continuously
- able to bend, stretch, reach, crawl, and kneel
- must be able to see, hear, and speak English clearly
- display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
- comply with all company cleaning standards and procedures
- maintain guest privacy
- able to multitask and remain service centric
- availability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Experience in similar housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred but not mandatory
- ability to perform physical activities such as standing, lifting up to 30 pounds, bending, and kneeling
- basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
- strong communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

- ability to understand and follow safety and security measures
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous professional manner
- maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
- follow established cleaning procedures and standards
- manage usage and organization of supplies
- respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- report any hazardous conditions or discrepancies to management
- assist in maintaining other hotel areas in a clean and orderly condition
