Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in hotel or related field preferred
- ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, or pull objects
- ability to stand for entire shift
- effective verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards
- complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest and cleaning supplies and linen set-up
- remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways
- keep hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed
- restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day use
- replenish chemical bottles
- report missing items from room to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
- report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
- handle Lost and Found items according to standards
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
