Job Duties

  • Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms including making beds and changing linens
  • Restocking guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies
  • Inspecting room equipment and furniture for maintenance issues and reporting them
  • Assisting in cleaning and maintaining public areas like hallways, lounges, and restrooms
  • Following proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
  • Providing courteous and professional service to guests, addressing requests and concerns
  • Handling laundry services including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels
  • Monitoring and reporting inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities
  • Preparing rooms for new guests ensuring cleanliness and comfort standards are met
