Job Duties
- Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms including making beds and changing linens
- Restocking guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies
- Inspecting room equipment and furniture for maintenance issues and reporting them
- Assisting in cleaning and maintaining public areas like hallways, lounges, and restrooms
- Following proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Providing courteous and professional service to guests, addressing requests and concerns
- Handling laundry services including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels
- Monitoring and reporting inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities
- Preparing rooms for new guests ensuring cleanliness and comfort standards are met
