Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for eight hours bend stretch reach crawl and kneel
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and push or pull 60 pounds
  • Must have ability to see hear speak and read or understand English
  • Must pass appropriate security clearance as per company policy
  • Must display professionalism honesty and trustworthiness at all times
  • Must be able to perform major life activities including learning reading concentrating and communicating

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in similar positions such as lodging housing hospitals or care facilities helpful but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of proper linen handling cleaning and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to maintain guest privacy and follow company standards
  • Strong communication skills in English with bilingual abilities helpful
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and remain service centric
  • Professionalism honesty and trustworthiness

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
  • Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
  • Manage and organize cleaning supplies and housekeeping cart
  • Follow systematic cleaning procedures and safety protocols
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
  • Report discrepancies and hazardous conditions to management
  • Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
