Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for eight hours bend stretch reach crawl and kneel
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and push or pull 60 pounds
- Must have ability to see hear speak and read or understand English
- Must pass appropriate security clearance as per company policy
- Must display professionalism honesty and trustworthiness at all times
- Must be able to perform major life activities including learning reading concentrating and communicating
Job Qualifications
- Experience in similar positions such as lodging housing hospitals or care facilities helpful but not mandatory
- Knowledge of proper linen handling cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Ability to maintain guest privacy and follow company standards
- Strong communication skills in English with bilingual abilities helpful
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and remain service centric
- Professionalism honesty and trustworthiness
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
- Manage and organize cleaning supplies and housekeeping cart
- Follow systematic cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Report discrepancies and hazardous conditions to management
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
