Job Requirements

Pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
ability to stand for long periods and perform physical activities such as lifting and bending
ability to push or pull up to 60 pounds and lift 30 pounds
ability to communicate and understand English
display professionalism and honesty at all times
comply with all company standards and procedures
maintain flexibility to work holidays weekends and varied shifts
be able to see and hear adequately
be capable of working alone and in a team environment

Job Qualifications

Experience in housekeeping or similar positions
knowledge of proper handling of linens and cleaning supplies
ability to maintain guest privacy and follow cleaning procedures systemically
strong communication skills in English
ability to work both independently and as part of a team
professionalism honesty and trustworthiness
ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining service oriented

Job Duties

Provide excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
maintain cleanliness of guest rooms ensuring readiness for occupancy
manage usage and organization of supplies and housekeeping carts
adhere to all housekeeping training and cleaning procedures
report any discrepancies or hazardous conditions to Housekeeping Manager
maintain a crisp clean and professional appearance daily
assist with cleaning and upkeep of public areas and other hotel facilities
respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
understand and follow safety and emergency procedures
perform other assigned duties as required
