Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or related field
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work evening shifts and weekends as needed
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to follow safety and security procedures
  • Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Commitment to confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1+ years experience in hospitality or equivalent
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Service-oriented with excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera software preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Energetic and outgoing personality
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Basic financial literacy and ability to type 45 wpm

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, guest corridors, elevators, and assigned areas
  • Deliver items such as irons, towels, and extra pillows to guest rooms
  • Strip beds and remove soiled linen and trash
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in guest rooms, balconies, and hallways
  • Dust furniture, lamps, headboards, pictures, and clean kitchen and bathroom areas
  • Report missing or found articles, damages, and maintenance issues to housekeeping supervisor
  • Respond in a friendly and courteous manner to guests and management
