Job Duties
- Clean rooms/suites including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and washing windows/tracks
- Report rooms as clean and available
- Report maintenance deficiencies to maintain rooms in compliance with hotel standards
- Strip dirty linens/towels and remove used amenities from rooms/suites
- Check main cart/closet for supplies and stock as needed
- Greet guests immediately with friendly/sincere acknowledgment
- Clean balconies
- Respond to special guest requests such as providing extra amenities or service time
