Job Duties

  • Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Provide personalized service to hotel guests
  • Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
  • Clean guest rooms to company standards including making beds, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms
  • Clean rooms within minutes-per-room guideline
  • Follow company policy for room amenities
  • Turn in all items left in guestroom to manager immediately
  • Maintain complete security of master room key
  • Return key at end of shift
  • Never leave property with key
  • Report any maintenance items needing immediate attention
  • Assist with laundry as needed
  • Report missing/found articles or damage to Executive Housekeeper
  • Provide assistance to other team members and departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
