Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times
- Provide personalized service to hotel guests
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
- Clean guest rooms to company standards including making beds, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms
- Clean rooms within minutes-per-room guideline
- Follow company policy for room amenities
- Turn in all items left in guestroom to manager immediately
- Maintain complete security of master room key
- Return key at end of shift
- Never leave property with key
- Report any maintenance items needing immediate attention
- Assist with laundry as needed
- Report missing/found articles or damage to Executive Housekeeper
- Provide assistance to other team members and departments
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
